Direct TV is running a scam

Don't believe the ads that promise a 'FREE DVD PLAYER' FOR NEW ACCOUNTS. We bought a dual system from Direct TV and was to get a FREE DVD PLAYER. One year later we're still fighting for it. All we get from them is:'YOU HAVE TO PROVE YOU HAVE OUR SERVICE'. Now the recievers don't work and they want $75 for each unit to repair it. We are under a supposed contract with these idiots, and they are refusing to honor their end of the contract. Guess what, lets see what happens when they don't get this months payment. They are going to find out, through the legal system, that their contract is NULL & VOID. I should have listened and went with 'THE DISH'. Brad O. -Elmore, OH
