I recently booked and confirmed a nonstop direct flight to Canada from the UK with dial a flight. A few days later I received the tickets and lord and behold the flight was making a stop over in Calgary. I called dial a flight customer care line and I got nothing but grief. I explained that I requested a nonstop direct flight as I recently had abdominal surgery and didn't want to be flying all over the globe.. The manager told me it's just a 'touch down' in Calgary.. What the blank*** is a touch down?? sounds like a stop over to me.. Anyway, the flight should only take approximately nine hours but it's now going to take fifteen hours.. They would not give me a refund, a flight change, a date change, nodda.. I'm trying to get an address to write a letter of complaint but they are not returning my calls. The manager 'Karen' told me she would call me back but no return call. Can anyone help me find a name, address and phone number so I can send in a complaint?
