I recently answered a survey on the internet and one of the questions had to do with anyone in the family having diabetes and answering truthfully, I answered yes (BAD IDEA). The next thing you know, about two days later my husband who is borderline diabetic got a phone call at home telling him that they were sending him some information, CD and supplies. Well, we did receive the supplies (no CD) and when we opened the box there was a form to be filled out and signed by my husband so that Diabetic Plus could bill his Medicare insurance. There were printed instrucitons in the box to the effect that if we decided to return the supplies that we had 30 days within which to do this. My husband now was hesitant about signing anything and so he asked me to call the number (800-406-7587) and request a ship tag, according to directions, so we could return it. After waiting for about a week to receive the 'tag,' I called the company again because by this time we had several messages on our phone that we needed to return the filled out form so they could bill medicare. When I called again asking for the status of the 'tag' they informed me that we were responsible for returning the package because we had opened the package. We find this very suspicious since they're being very insistent and so we sit here with the package because they don't send us a label so we can return it. They want us to keep the supplies and we don't want them. At one point they asked that we write 'Return to Sender' on the box and return it. This seems odd to me since the package came by FedEx and I don't think we can just write 'Return to Sender' and return it. I'm also afraid that they will say they never got it and then try to elicit funds from us. The company name and address are as follows: Diabetic Plus 777 Shotgun Rd Sunrise, FL 33326
