When is it appropriate for anyone in customer service to curse at customers. After questioning the amount they were charging because I never had to pay for shipping to residence before (in which I would of paid) but I got 'Don't get sh*+y with me' first. Of course, I shipped every Tuesday and Thursday for the past 8 months through them with no problems but NO, it all started August 3rd. I also placed a complaint and was told I would be called within 24 hours from Corporate, NO, no call. So, no longer is DHL a customer service related company. I will ship another way.
