The Dental speciality Office charged me for nothing, this hispanic woman just sat their and made up a bill.Then told me to go on and call my insurance company. that they will tell me the same thing that she told me,I have to pay for x-rays, and I have to pay for coming to a spacialist office, even though he did not do any work. When she finished, the bill was $305.00. Last year, I went to a different dentist office and was told that I had no problems,but they saw that I had a hair line crack in a crown and I needed a root canal. Said that it would only cast me a few hundred dollars, that they would use my insurance, but Maria came back with a bill of 958.00 for a root canal and crown. They had already started the work. I'm stuck with a 1000.00 bill.The reason I mentioned their nationality is because in South Florida this happeneds a lot.I'm very angry, and I'm tired of this happening to me.This is a scam. They block the phone lines by using a system where they intersept the call before it is routed to the number that you are calling, they have their people answer the call and pretend to be the company or person you are calling, so, naturally, the person on the other end of the phone says what the people at the dentist office wants them to say.Therefore, you are paying for insurance and your insurance company is agreeing with everything they say. On paper, you have 'GOOD' insurance, in the dentist office, you have crap. But, that's not all, you pay the high bill, and they still bill the insurance company. The insurance company thinks you are happy, because none of your compliants are reaching them. In reality, you are pisted off, and a crime is being commited against you. Ps. , the dentist office is not the only place this phone system is being used,other businesses use it as well, It is called a'File Server Tape by some people here in south florida. Even TV stations news personnell use it to get stories. You ask how do they do that? If someone is intersepting the calls of all of South Florida at certian times, then their is a data base of calls, and conversations. I AM VERY, VERY VERY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
