I came for a consultation before having the treatment and at no time did anyone mention that the results are variable. The appointment card and voucher that I was given advertised lovely white teeth which I was led to believe would be the results I could expect, after all why would you give out these cards if there is no way that you can provide this service? After the first treatment I informed you how disappointed I was with the results and again no one mentioned that the process might not work, so I went through with the next treatment. It was only on my fourth visit to the practice and having spent nearly Ł400 that I was told that the result was dependant on the age and condition of your teeth, and because of that I would not ever have white teeth and that the picture I had been given was not “ Real “ . I feel very disappointed with your dental practice and feel that I have been misled by your advertising. Had I have been told that the results could be variable at the initial consultation I would never have gone ahead with the treatments.
