Delta, lost luggage

I flew Delta Airlines, My bag was lost. they acknowledged that they had it, they told me they would deliver it, it didn't come, they told me that they left it at the front door of my home, they are lying!, I've filed 2 complaints and no one cares to hear them, part of the real problem is their OUTSOURCING. They may speak English but they don't understand a word... I want my bag and contents replaced!!!
