Dell Sucks!

Dell Computers has ruined my credit over a computer I never recieved! I cancelled an order at their inquisition after informing me that they could not make the delivery date originally promised. They have been billing me for 13 months for $28.00 - I get simultaneous threatening letters from 4 different 'colection agencies' and Dell - and it shows up on my credit report. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone - written e-mails and letters to everyone I could find an address for, including members of the board. No Response!
