Tried to order ink cartridges for Dell printer - sent wrong #. I'm 80 but competent and thought what they sent was right, though different. Of course, it didn't work and probably ruined printer [big r epair bill or new one]. Then tried 'chat room', phone service automated - neither one helped. Finally East Indian women, couldn't understand. Finally gentleman and supposedly after telling me the reutnr process, put correct order # in. Hours had been spent - I was in tears for my self and for phone people. After a month I'm still unable to print material. Dell should use American well spoken representatives because the whole matter would never have come up, and they are wasting peoples' time and certainly losing any good public relations.
