Spent a whole beautiful Saturday trying to get my Dell computer to connect properly to the internet. After the frustration of waiting 20-30 min every time you need to talk to someone, having to sit through sales pitches in disguise, and being told my system is ruined, I gave up and it still is not right. Bottom line...never buy a computer online...shame on me...never trust the people you bought it from to do the right thing...shame on them.
