Ok, they have great prices, cool stuff, etc. We have Dell products for both home and business. Here's what's happened to me in the last 2 years. I've been hung up on, 'disconnected accidently', shouted at for not listening, billed incorrectly, consistently transferred from one department to the next with no solution to my problem and given information at purchase time regarding insurance and cost that ended up being so off and incorrect. Somebody tell me why they've been allowed to continue making money when these complaints of mine are extremely common?
