I feel that I am being treated as a fool. Therefore, I wish to know how and where I can return the Logitech G15 Keyboard and the XPS 600 System. I feel that you cannot resolve the hardware conflict I am experiencing and are trying to delay the matter until my warranty expires forcing me to stay with the defective equipment. I even asked you trade this System for your new XPS 700 and if there was a difference to pay i would have been willing to do so within reason. I will be notifying Community Affairs, The Bureau of Consumer Affairs and any web site willing to report to unsuspecting consumers like myself about the way you really treat us. I will also be inquiring with an Attorney to see if any legal steps can be taken against Dell. I simply asked for you to help resolve this problem and you sit there laughing at me as if I were a fool.
