DELL GIVES THE RUNAROUND ON NEW COMPUTER PROBLEMS. I CALLED DELL ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE ETHERNET CONNECTION. I GAVE UP AND E-MAILED THEM (DIAL-UP). THEY ACKNOWLEDGE SOMETHING IS WRONG BUT KEEP COMING UP WITH TESTS FOR ME TO RUN, MOST OF WHICH ARE REDUNDANT. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH GATEWAY. THEY HAD ME SEND THE COMPUTER TO THEM TO FIX IT, (AT NO SHIPPING COST TO ME.)
