bought Dell pc, Dell Monitor...all ok...service ok...then bought TV flat screen. Resolution on screen terrible, called dell, they replaced witn a tv that was repaired.. I called asked for a NEW tv replacement, not an old one, the old one had a terrible white lines on screen, replaced again with another Used TV...took me very long time to speak to a manager. Got a New TV..still have terrible screen problems..NEVER BUY A DELL TV, product is awful.You will waste your money. PS 1st TV lasted 1 year, few days after warranty expired, had to pay new warranty to get another TV, what happened?? Have now NEW tv with a NEW 1 yr warranty..what happened to my money I paid for a renewal??? Dell ignores customer. They make the sell..thats it. DON'T buy anything ffrom DELL..RIPOFFS
