Deception

Last year on 15th August I paid $2,0200 for some furniture at NC Furniture Direct they have 'lost' my furniture but try as I may I cannt get my money back as I live in the UK it makes it very difficult every one I speak to on the phone promisses to phone me back but they do not I am very angry about this as I feel I have been deceived.
