deceitful advertising

I wish to make a complaint about this whatever called Ringo. They emailed me in the name of my friends, one by one, deceiving me to think they belonged to Ringo and the friend wanted me to join. After I joined, I discovered that it was Ringo that emailed me and not my friends and my friends didn't even know what Ringo was and they had been sent similar emails. I gave pictures for my friends and then discovered that my pictures were put out publicly. I am so very angry that I could spit. It is false advertising and I am going to find a way to sue these people.
