Allan, Brown & Associates sent us two faxes requesting to do our collections for us. They also called my husband directly. When my husband said we use small claims actions, instead, and we will do those ourselves, the man asked my husband if he wanted to 'take it dry up the ass,' would he 'like Vaseline with that,' and called him a 'pussy.' And this is someone who wants to work for us. They are allegedly a member of the Tri-Counties Better Business Bureau. If you put their telephone number into Google, it comes back as belonging to 'Debt Firm, Inc.' and all the contact information is the same. We are reporting them to their Better Business Bureau, our San Diego-Imperial Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the California Department of Corporations, and the Secretary of State, along with 'whocalled.us.com,' and 'Complaints.com.' P.S.: After my husband hung up on the man who called him, a woman called him from the same number, offered to do our collections for us, and denied she was in any way affiliated with the man to whom my husband had spoken.
