Death, Taxes & AOL

My brother passed away in July 2006 and ever since we've been trying to cancel his membership with AOL. They refuse to cancel his service and say that we have to fill out a form, which they never send. His membership fee is charged to his American Express, and we cannot cancel his American Express until this problem with AOL is resolved. This is a just wrong and I can't believe that AOL can get away with this.
