I am tired of my ex-husband not paying child support and getting away with it. He is 12 months behind. He has been in contempt of court numerous times and continues to get away with it. He is now suing for custody of my son who does not want to live with him. He told me that if I remarried that he would declare war on me and make me miserable. The judge in this case continues to allow him to get away with this nonsense. He said that he likes to give people alot of rope to hang themselves. Well he should have hung a long time ago.
