dazed and confused

i think i'm in love with a girl that i work with. i know for a fact that she doesn't feel the same way. i go through each day with this knowledge, not being able to tell her, and not being able to be completely honest about it. Needless to say it hurts. i know that time will probably make it better. i am open to suggestions if you have other ideas.
