Daycare center

I recently worked at a daycare. I worked with mostely all black people. While working there I was treated badley and alot of raceism was going on. I was let go for really not any reason at all. While working there the workers would leave me alone with 19 kids witch is out of the number. They would talk on there cell phones and and just wonder the building doing nothing leaveing me to put the kids to sleep. When they came back they complained that the kids were out of controll. Anyway I want to either get the center closed down are get the boss fired.
