Your not the only one to have a child with a parent. My mother had our daughter when she was 45 and I was 23. Our daughter is 17 years old now, and is graduating high school this year. We have avoided telling her i am her farther in fear she will be chastised by her friends and peers. After many years of our daughter asking who her father is, mom and I finally decided to tell her I am her father now that she is out of high school. My mother getting pregnant with our daughter was as unexpected as you can get, but the both of us raising her over the years has brought great joy to my mother and I. She is a beautiful, lively, woman now, and my mother and I have no regrets about the child that was born from our love. Even if society deems it unacceptable.
