Cybersitter = Cybernapper

I installed Cybersitter software on both our family computers. Unfortunately, I lost the serial number and password. So.. I logged onto the Cybersitter website where I was told that I needed to give them $10 to have their server e-mail me my SN... so I did it. Then they told me that I needed to give them another $10 to get my password reset. THEN... it didn't work!!!! Basically, Our computer has been 'computernapped' by CYBERSITTER. I've paid ransome TWICE, and still I do not have our computer back !!! BEWARE !!!
