Customers

My complaint is that having worked in the building related business as a project manager I have come to the conclusion that there are just as many devious and dishonest customers than tradespeople. In fact, while trades people can make mistakes, be untidy, forgetful and oftern overpromise I'd like to complain about the approx 25% of customers who try to use lame excuses for advoiding paying the full bill, lying about what was agreed to get extras not previously quoted and some who resort to verbal, even physical abuse and intimidation if they dont get thier own way. 'Builders from Hell'... there should be a programme about the customers.
