When was it cool to off shore the call centers? Now I call to get help and the person on the other end has no concept of the world view in the US and gives you some stock answer from a script. When did common sense and American values translate correctly to a citizen of another country that has no concept of how it is HERE? No trash on them, but they don't have a clue as to how we think or for that matter we don't know how they think, we need to have our call centers back here and they can have theirs in their nation state. I just works better and the translation of ideas and concepts don't get lost. Perhaps our friends at Norton might get a clue. Next time you call for help on removing Norton or getting a solution and the person on the other end is a total loss as to how it's done and they just say sorry for not being helpful and end the call ' and thank you for calling Norton' remember his post.
