I am in the customer service field and if I deal with 20 people a day if I am lucky 5 are nice respectful well informed people. Plus they understand they are not the only ones I am dealing with. When I hear how customer service has went down hill take a look at yourselves, ungrateful public is what most of you are, you don't have proper info so I can service you then you want me to track it down, do your own job so I can do mine... 20 years of doing this has made me sick of the general public
