Why do services like Direct TV, cable channels, my bank, other businesses, and telephone service, change web page format to screw up password access and have less information than before? The hint questions for passwords have no relevance due to better codes needed. Then no direct (help!!!) contact either by phone or e-mail on any issue. FAQ's are OK but not enough. I am sick of it and 'I am mad as hell and I am not going to take it any more'. Why don't companies treat their customers with some kind of courtesy? I not going to pay them any more. Contracters don't clean up their mess. Corporations do not have full disclosure of product quality or maintenance. And this web page has no spell check! I call for customer revolt!
