I'm trying to get someone to talk to about a refund of $100 on my unused ticket which my agent told me that you are giving me a credit of$297.70 toward a new ticket and they would charge me $100.00 for not showing up for my flight. This was for me and my wife. We have a doctor note that my wife could not make the trip at this time. My wife ticket number is 0162146464515 and mine is 01621464464516. I will enclose a copy of the doctor note she has a lot of problems with her back and she cannot walk without help and she is on medication and she may need surgery. Thank you; Normand Dube
