Never buy anything from Curry's in Invernese, Scotland on the high street.. The manager there is a wanker.. I bought a laptop and when I got home discovered the speakers were faulty (no volume). The very next day I brought it back and complained to the manager. He told me he couldn't do anything about it and I couldn't get a refund. I asked him to check it as maybe I was doing something wrong and didn't set it up correctly. He told me to wait and one of the other store clerks would check it. Another customer came up to me and started asking what was wrong with my laptop (I guess he heard the conversion me and the manager was having). I told the customer and he started giving me some clues as to what to check. All of a sudden the manager comes running up to me and tells me to leave the store immediately or he'll call the police. I couldn't believe it! I said to him, aren't you going to help me with my laptop? He said, get out and he went to call the police. The other customer said, what is this world coming to? to make a long story short, I contacted customer service and they sent me to a different store and they found the laptop to be faulty and I got a full refund. I just can't get over how humiliated this manager made me feel. He was totally disrepectful and unprofessional.. I've sent a complaint letter to the head of Currys as his ass should be sacked!!
