THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE CRYSLER COMPANY COSTUMER SERVICES. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW DODGE TRUCK 3500 LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AGO AND THE A/C BROKE, I TOOK THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER 'PLANET DODGE' TO REPAIR IT BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ASSURE HOW LONG THE REPAIRS WILL TAKE. MY CONCERN IS THAT THIS IS THE ONLY CAR THAT I OWN AND I USE IT TO WORK. I DON'T UNDERTAND HOW THE COMPANY WILL NOT OFFER ME A RENTAL CAR FOR THE TIME THAT THE REPAIRS WILL TAKE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO YOUR COMPANY. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR BUT UNFORTUNATLY NEVER FOUND ONE THAT WAS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO ME.
