Crums Climate Control is just CRUMMY

Mr Wrong, I purchased a new a/c unit from your company in March of 2006 and believe it or not I am still waiting for its completion. I have contacted the company at least 7 times and have had no response. I have spoken to the Office Manager on several occasions and even to the General Manager to no avail. We are now in August I have yet to have some of my issues resolved, I did speak with one young lady who in 3 days (after me calling for 5 months) was able to resolve part of my issues only to find out when I called to thank her was no longer there. My question is why would you let someone who is getting results for your customers leave?? (Thank you anyway Melanie) and keep an Office Manager (I spoke with Becky) that is so incompetent on getting the job done????? It makes me wonder what kind of business you are running there.
