I am very angry at CreditOne Bank. They called today in a collections call and harassed my husband and myself and refused to work out payment terms with us. They had a customer service represrentative and supervisor who were very rude and racist with both myself and my husband. I am recommending that you not do business with this bank. I am considering paying off my account with them, closing it, and filing suit under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for giving my husband high blood pressure and a headache with their rotten collection calls.
