credit card leasing company

Has anyone ever been burned by a leasing company. Lied to, I signed a 48 month lease for a credit card terminal. They sent me the wrong terminal(a wireless one) and it has never worked correctly. Does anyone out ther know out to get out of a lease or has any one had a bad experience when it comes to this, and what you did that worked. By the way, the name of the leasing company is Northern Leasing out of New York
