Crazy Neigbor

Ok I was driving home today already in my neigborhood almost to a stop sign. It can be a busy street and their is a pool on left side of road. I see this family getting ready to cross the street but not at the cross walk. I stop my vehicle to let them cross as the dad holding a child has chosen to step in front of my vehicle. I'm waiting for them to cross and instead of crossing the guy knocks on my window and tells me I'm speeding. I am in shock. I think I'm being nice and he is being a jerk. I say nothing drive home think about it and go back letting him know that I live in the neigborhood and was not speeding if I had been speeding I would not have stopped in time to let him and his children cross. Some woman comes out and says that I am harrassing them and she will call the police. So I went home and called the police on them. He talked to them then came and talked to me said noone broke any laws and don't talk to strangers. I'm really upset about the whole thing and wanted to vent.
