having decidedto get an extension to our home we have been taken advantage of by unscrupulous builders e,g Eaglesham Stonecraft Building Company .ESBC. They left us with an uneven floor through to our kitchen. They charged us for work included in the original plans as extra work, due to our trust in them. They did not adhere to the original drawings claiming they did not have a copy.... complete lies. At this time we cannot get a completion certificate from building control who have raisedissues with their complted works. And we are well out of pocket having gottenreports from the architect, a project manager and a quanitity surveyor to attempt to arbitrate and negotiate with ESBC however they continue to deny culpability. This has all been orchestrated by ESBC to cause us maximum expense as ESBC said was there intention and it would be cheaper to pay the outstanding sum due to them.
