Coverage denied

We had a package commercial policy on our 3 commercial rental units since 1987. The agent's cover letter stated the address and locations and date coverage started. Traveler's insurance denied our claim on 1 of the three units, saying it was never covered. Katrina did over $16,000.00 damage to that unit according to their adjuster, not including flooding. We have been denied and had to patch up the building by ourself and strill a on-goinging project. It seems that Travelers is paying millions in TV commercials on the Ryder Cup golf match. I think some of that money could have been paid to us!!
