court appointed lawyer

Why can't i find a site on the internet to complain about a nc lawyer. my son was appointed a lawyer by the count. he was offered a plea bargain and the few days before court it was revoked and a new plea bargain was offered but my son was not told of this new plea bargain . we found out about it 2 days after he was sentenced.i need help.
