If you are seeking a mortgage company, be aware that Countrywide Home Loans provides the worst mortgage services country wide! If and when you are able to speak with a human being, given the outrageously lacking automated phone system, don't count on a straight answer...ask to speak with a supervisor and be prepared for a smooth talking, lying sack of poop to tell you what you want to hear and then never follow through...lousy business practices! class action suite waiting to happen.
