CountryWide Mortgage Company Sucks

I paid my Countrywide mortgage off back in 12/2005 and to date they have not filed the proper paperwork to get their name off of the title to my home. As the result of that I am unable to do anything with my property because they are still attached to it. I have called several times and always I speak with a different person who does not know nor care about my situation. I am now told that my whole file was closed and sent to storage. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ON IT. COUNTRYWIDE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!If anyone out there can tell who to contact about this complaint I would appreciate it.
