Costume City.com is the WORST place to order your childrens halloween costume!!! I ordered 3-1/2 weeks ago, received a confirmation that said I would receive order in 5-6 business days. I just received it TODAY after cancelling order yesterday. Idiots at the company (when the deign to answer phones) gave me different story every time I called, itens were backordered, not in country..... so on. Yesterday I was given same story, so I cancelled order, found costumes at Lillian Vernon, paid outrageous shipping fees to ensure I would have costumes for this wekends parties. Now I receive the order from Costume City.com today, so wish me luck trying to return it and have my credit card credited all charges.
