Costa lota for nothing

I would just like to complain about COSTA coffee in kingston london! I asked for an ice tea and go a tea bag (a normal one) in a cup of cold water with 3 ice cubes... ummmmmmmmm! When i complained they told me that they didn't do iced tea on the menu. errr then what did yousell it to me for! i am so so so cross, the staff were rude unhelpful and didn't have a clue what they were doing! I mentioned it at work and they all told me that they never go there because its so crap. I wish i knew sooner. I want to complain to the company but guess what i can't contact them. Apparently its coming soon.. like a decent iced tea!!
