correcting credit bureau

Credit Bureau's are a joke. Whomever they hire to enter data about someone, they never check for other info filed by conumer. I have tried for over 5 years to clear something on our credit concerning a medical bill. The medical company had agreed to accept monthly pyts for a surgery even paper aggreement signed by medical company and myself..made many payments for about 1yr, then started to receive another bill from another medical company fo same surgery, balance of new bill did not show any pyts made at all. Remember same surgery, same doctor.. i showed canceled checks and showed i owed a small balance. I was ignored both by Credit Bureaus and Medical companies. Had a judgement on our credit. After all these years to obtain employment had to pay what the credit collections company said i owed..did pay. What a farce, why are companies allowed to be protected and consumers-patients aren't??????
