Corel rebate

I purchased a piece of software (Corel Paint Shop Pro X) at Frye Electronics on July 7, 2006 and mailed in the rebate form that day. The rebate instructions said I would have my money in 8 - 10 weeks. It has been 14 weeks, and the rebate department says it will be another 4 weeks. Ripoff!!!!
