COPA airlines sucks

They canceled my flight without explanation, several months in advance, and I can't get the ONLY guy who can reschedule to call me back. He sent an e-mail with awful flight alternatives that involve overnight layovers.

I agree that Copa airlines sucks. They recently added Toronto as an airport, so my wife and I took them to Brazil where she is from. They lost our luggage in Panama City. They told us to buy some emergency clothes and they would re-imburse us. We got the clothes 5 days later, and one bag was broken. When we tried to get reimbursed, we got the runaround like i've never experienced before. They gave us numbers to call, people to emai, and each one said we needed to contact someone else. Eventually we were told we needed to speak to the Copa people in Toronto since this is where our trip originated. When we tried, they said we should have taken care of it in Brazil and they could not help. We saved about $150 taking Copa, and between the clothes and phone calls it cost us over $200. Not to mention the hastle of calls after calls. This was our first and last time using Copa airlines.
