my family and i had a house built, we have been living in this house for less than a year. the contractor who built our home left seveeral small things nfnshed and a couple of big things, this man seems to think that since he built tihs nieborhood that he owns everybodys homes.however to get him to fx anythig seems to take an act of god. currently we are without water due to a leak in the main water line going into our house. he has been planning to get this fixed for a week and a half. after repeatedly accusing us of filling the giant hole in our front yard of water, apparently for the fun of it, using the drip system. the main problem is the register of contractors already has so many complaints about him from our area that nothing is being done. what do you do?
