Contractor dissatisfaction

Recently purchased new built home from Timothy Seymour(contractor in Madison County, GA). House did not pass inspection prior to closing. Closing date was adjusted many times. Signed contract on house in January did not close on house until April. Many items survived closing. These items were to be completed within 30 days of closing Tim signed contract agreeing to fix/finish these items. To date I am still waiting for the completion of the contract Tim signed. I have contacted Tim Seymour many times. He now refuses to speak with me. How that is possible I don't know. I have recently contacted an attourney to sue for breach of contract.
