Contacting Google

Hi! OK, I am a total novice! But I recently had a (major) problem with a (major) Google site/adveriser. How can I get my 'unfortunate' experience listed? When folks search for (say) Sports Tickets, I want to let them know how I was burned with a particular Google advertiser. And I don't want this buried at #345,000 of #123,000. Google hasn't yet said 'Boo.' How do I communicate with them, anyway? I need to take on the Giant!!!!!!! sam pierson bloomfield, ct
