
Consumers Energy Sucks

I've had it with utility companies...especially Consumer's Energy. I paid my bill on line, then a couple weeks later they shut off my gas for non-payment. When I called to see what the deal was, I provided them with my payment confirmation number and they did admit it was their fault. BUT -- I'm having a hell of a time trying to get them back out to my house to re-connect it! The workers are so lazy, they just report that they tried, but nobody was home -- LIES!!!!!! I still have no gas. My dishes are piling up and I need a shower.

I an so sick of this company! I pay my bill they lose the payment and I have wind up paying twice. The state utility commission and courts are no help.

Yep. They totally suck. Broke my back to get hired in there. Passed multiple tests and the whole nine yards. Went on time to two interviews and all... waited and waited for each step to occur. In the end, after everything I did, they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me I didn't get it. Nice. They are a class act. I'm voting for green energy.
