Conned in Patong

My partner and I recently stayed in the Blue Dolphin Guest House in Patong, Phuket Thailand and were overcharged for our stay by 2.5 days. The hotel boasted a swimming pool - this was under reconstruction. The 'manager' was aggressive and unwelcoming.
