I have a very close friend that has tried to have congressman taylors office call Her back to no avail. After 3 weeks the congressman has not answered this womans complaints. She became an american citizen and at the swearing in ceremony the immigration Director said She could get her daughter here very fast. She filed all the right paperwork to get Her daughter a visa and Now immagration tells her that her daughter may have to wait 2 years and that american citizenship gets no diffrent treatment than an immigrant asking her family to come to america. Where is this country going when it promises that american citizenship brings privlages not availible to immigrants and then turns around and tells its citizens that they are no more important that green card holders and can wait in line just like anyone else. Shame on congressman taylor for not immidiately getting on top of this and helping this girl get her daughter to america. Her daughter has a doctors degree so she has a lot of potential to offer america. Incidently congressman taylor of north carolina had the news media called on him because he refused to call this women back a year ago when Her green card expired and immigration told her she would just 'have to wait for 1 year to get her green card renewed' needless to say she was terrified the police would arrest her. She then became an american citizen and is now saying 'why did I get My citizenship, so a congressman can avoid an AMERICAN citizen now' WOW, what a nation when a congressman can even avoid calling its citizens. This woman has now told over 15,000 SPANISH 'voters' who have told all their other friends, congressman taylor does NOT care about the 'LEGAL' immigrants of america UNLESS they are rich. I am voting for the 'other' guy and so are My 'immigrant' friends who are 'NOT RICH' but I am sure will sway the vote away from the un-caring congressman.
